Ques1- What does the Golden Year package include?
Ans. Golden year package includes the hotel accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children
below the age of 5 years without
extra bed for 21 nights on twin sharing basis 7 times in 12 month
Ques.2- What is the validity of Golden year Package?
Ans. Golden year package is valid for maximum of 12 months from the date of purchase. The journey must be completed before completion of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Ques.3- Till when can I send the hotel Booking Reservation form?
Ans. You can send the hotel booking reservation form so as to reach the Genial Tour within 11 Months from the date of purchase of your package
Ques. 4- What if I have 2 or more package on my name and I want to utilize the benefits of the package together?
Ans. In Case you have 2 or more packages on same name you can avail the benefits of 1 package at 1 time.
Ques.5- What if my documents get lost in the courier?
Ans. Request you to kindly send the document through reputed courier only. In case Genial Tour does not receive your documents, right to avail the package will be forfeited.
Ques.6- Is it mandatory that both the Travelers have to be customer to avail Travel package?
Ans. No, only one of the Travelers needs to be a customer other can be a non-Customers.
Ques.7- Can I play my Trip before I receive my Travel Package?
Ans. It is advised not to plan Yours Trip before you receive your Travel package because the request for confirmation minimum 21 days prior to the date of Travel.
Ques.8- If I take a Golden Year Package then which category Accommodation will I receive?
Ans. The hotels offered are deluxe category hotels where ever possible
Ques.9- What if I lost my booklet or hotel booking reservation form?
Ans. If you have lost your booklet or hotel booking reservation forms right to avail the package will be forfeited form/ Duplicate Booklet will be re-issued.
Ques.10- How many hotel reservation request form can be clubbed together?
Ans. This is not a group Package , if any Group is found Treating the package as a group package ,we reserve the right to disqualify the package for that group.
Ques. 11- What if I purchase Golden Year Package in my firm’s name?
Ans. In case you have purchase Golden year package in your Firm’s name, you need to intimate the Traveler’s name within 1 day from the invoice date of package you need to get the Traveler’s name updated by sending a maid at email@example.com
Ques.12- What is the Check In and Checkout time at the hotel?
Ans. General Check in time at the hotel is 1400hrs and checkout time is 1200hrs. It is up to hotel to decide to late check out if required. Genial Tour shall not be responsible for the same.
Ques.13- What are the office timings?
Ans. The office Timings are 10:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Saturday.
Ques.14- In case Of an extra person what are the conditions and availability of extra bed?
Ans. In case of child age below 5 years no extra charges (Accommodation without extra bed shall be provided) for adult/child above 5 years of age , extra person charges are applicable as per hotel norms and are to be paid directly to concerned hotel.
Ques. 15- What is the Hotel Voucher Cancellation Procedure?
Ans. Before 7 days of Travel Date you can cancel.
Ques.16- What are the documents required at the Time of hotel Booking?
Ans. Dully filled Booking request from in original mentioning name of Travel.
Photo identity Proof of Travelers (e.g. copy of aadhar card).
Photo copy of invoice given at the Time of Purchase.
Ques.17- Can I Transfer the Benefits of This Package to any other person?
Ans. The Travel Privilege is only for the customer. It is a non-Transferable Package.
Ques.18- What is the time when this hotel Voucher not valid?
Ans. This hotel Voucher is not valid for Christmas, New Year and any long weekend Program.
Ques.19- How will you decide on destination and date options given by me?
Ans. We will try to secure your Booking at the desire destination by giving flexibility of +2 or -2 days from the desired Two option given by you. The 2 desired dates should have a minimum gap of 7 days. The date shall be confirmed after your approval only (for e.g. if you prefer Agra for 17 march or 25 march and if the rooms are not available for both the dates we will give you a confirmation for either 15 or 15 march or 18 or 19 march or 23 or 24 march or 26 or 27 march whichever available with your approval).
Ques.20- Can I break hotel stay to book Two nights at one destination and balance two night on second destination and avail hotel Journey accordingly?
Ans. Regret this is not permitted. Against a single voucher you are entitled for holiday at single place and avail journey only for 1 Destination you cannot break Room Night to avail stay at two different Locations.
Ques.21- If a person wants to utilize less nights out of four nights allocated for a hotel stay. Will he be able to get my additional facility from hotel?
Ans. If in any case instead of 4 Night the Customer wants to utilize less Night, No other Facility from Genial Tour end will be provided to the customer. The will not be authorized to utilize his pending night later on or club these Nights will any other category voucher

Ques.23- Is there any hidden chargers which one may have to face later on?
